I love to run, and sometimes finding a time to get one in is a challenge.

Ran this morning. Felt pretty good, and got some cardio in tonight. I have been focusing my exercising efforts on other things than running lately (as if that's not obvious) but I'm always reminded of how great running is after a good morning jog!
